Our standard trails are moderate — manageable for most adults with a basic level of fitness. There are some uneven sections and river crossings, but nothing technically demanding. We offer easier routes for families with young children or older guests.

Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting wet, sturdy shoes or sandals with grip, and bring a swimsuit for swimming in the pools. We provide water, lunch and any needed equipment. Bring sunscreen and insect repellent.

Is the water safe to swim in?
