Rates and Booking Notes

Nightly rates start from approximately US$2,150 and may rise to approximately US$5,360 by season, holidays, and stay requirements.
Low, high, and summer seasons generally require a 3-night minimum stay.
Thanksgiving generally requires a 5-night minimum stay.
Christmas generally requires a 7-night minimum stay.
New Year's generally requires a 12-night minimum stay; if Christmas overlaps New Year's week, a 14-night minimum may apply.
Please add 18% tax to all rates.
Gratuities are expected: 8% minimum and 10% recommended, based on the rental amount after taxes and fees.
Security deposit: US$2,000.
No smoking, no pets, no hookah use, and quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
The reservation holder must be 25 years or older.
