Staffed Service and Dining

Included service covers daily housekeeping, butler service, chef service for three meals per day plus snacks, bathroom amenities, welcome drinks and snacks, fruit basket on arrival, private check-in, concierge service, and possible courtesy airport transfer coordination. The villa offers themed menu planning, and guests should select initial meal preferences before arrival. Food and beverage costs are not included.

Services Available at Additional Cost

Laundry service through the villa staff, golf carts, bicycles, supermarket purchases, babysitting, in-villa massages, tee times, excursions, and activities may be arranged at additional cost. During Christmas, New Year, and Thanksgiving periods, golf cart rentals may require full prepayment and can become non-refundable after the supplier cancellation window.

Rates and Booking Notes

Nightly rates start from approximately US$4,730 and may rise to approximately US$8,800 by season, holidays, and stay requirements.
The villa may also be rented as a 5, 6, 7, or 8-bedroom property by request.
It can be rented with sister villa Mandala for up to 34 guests.
Low, high, and summer seasons generally require a 3-night minimum stay.
Easter generally requires a 4-night minimum stay.
Thanksgiving generally requires a 5-night minimum stay.
Christmas generally requires a 7-night minimum stay.
New Year's generally requires a 12-night minimum stay; if Christmas overlaps New Year's week, a 14-night minimum may apply.
Please add 18% tax to all rates.
All-inclusive package may be available outside the holiday blackout period: US$119 per adult 16+ per day, US$39 per child 4-16 per day, complimentary for one child under 4, plus 10% service charge.
Gratuities are expected: 8% minimum and 10% recommended, calculated on the rental amount after taxes and fees.
Security deposit: US$2,000 pre-collected, plus US$299 vacation rental damage protection plan.
This accommodation does not accept groups of young people up to 28 years old.
Adapted for disabled persons. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
No smoking, no pets, no hookah use, and quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
The reservation holder must be 25 years or older.
