Nightly rates start from approximately US$1,950 and may rise to approximately US$5,000 by season, holidays, and stay requirements.
High, low, and summer seasons generally require a 3-night minimum stay.
Easter generally requires a 4-night minimum stay.
Thanksgiving generally requires a 5-night minimum stay.
Christmas generally requires a 7-night minimum stay.
New Year's generally requires a 12-night minimum stay; if Christmas overlaps New Year's week, a 14-night minimum may apply.
Please add 18% tax to all rates.
Gratuities are expected: 8% minimum and 10% recommended, calculated on the rental amount after taxes and fees.
Security deposit: US$2,000.
Welcome basket is provided on arrival.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
No smoking, no pets, no hookah use, and quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
