The main living area is designed for gathering, with custom furniture crafted from the wood of a century-old Gri Gri tree. A centennial wood dining table seats 18 indoors, while the back patio offers a separate outdoor dining table for 16. Rates and Booking Notes

Nightly rates start from approximately US$5,313 and may rise to approximately US$9,967 by season, holidays, and stay requirements.
Low, high, and summer seasons generally require a 3-night minimum stay.
Easter and Thanksgiving generally require a 4-night minimum stay.
Christmas and New Year's generally require a 7-night minimum stay.
Please add 18% government tax to all rates.
Security deposit: US$5,000.
Long-term stays of 28 days or more may be allowed.
No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
The 7-bedroom configuration is not available during peak season from December 15 to January 6.
