Everything villa guests ask before confirming a concierge service.

How far ahead should I book?

Driver or massage: 24–48 hours is usually enough. Private chef: 3–5 days is ideal so we can source the right ingredients and match you with the best available chef. Same-day driver bookings are usually possible via WhatsApp.

What area do you cover?

The full North Coast — Sosúa, Cabarete, Puerto Plata, Cofresí and Playa Grande. Airport pickups run from Gregorio Luperón International (POP). Longer-distance destinations like Santo Domingo or Punta Cana are quoted on request.

Can I bundle two or more services?

Yes — 10% off when you book two or more services on the same stay. It stacks with our direct-booking villa discount for up to 20% off the combined total. Many guests pair services with Sosua vacation rentals, private pool villas, or beachfront villas. Mention your bundle when you message us.

What are the payment options?

Cash (USD or Dominican pesos), bank transfer, or card via secure payment link. Drivers and massage therapists settle on the day. Chef bookings require a 50% deposit once the menu is confirmed, with the remainder on the day.

How are your professionals vetted?

Every driver, chef and therapist in our network is personally known to the Dubaisa Atlantic team, holds current local licences and insurance, and works on a repeat-referral basis. We only send people we would send to our own families.
