FAQs

This is a physically demanding tour that requires guests to be in excellent physical condition. It involves a 40–45-minute uphill hike over rocky and sometimes slippery terrain, followed by climbing and navigating the river currents. It is not suitable for those with mobility, heart, or back problems, or for pregnant women

You must wear closed-toe shoes; street shoes, flip-flops, and soft water socks are not allowed. We recommend wearing your swimsuit under lightweight clothing. Also bring a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. Secure, waterproof footwear with good tread is essential

Yes, you can bring a camera, but it must be waterproof and shock-resistant. The helmets do not have camera mounts, so you must secure it to your person. Alternatively, you can purchase a photo package from the park's photographer.

The tour price typically does not cover gratuities for the guides, alcoholic beverages (though sometimes one drink is offered), rented water shoes (approx. $2), or purchased photos/videos
