Staffed Service

Included staffed service covers daily maid service, concierge coordination, butler service, chef service for three meals per day plus snacks, welcome drinks and snacks, private check-in, and staff presence at the villa. At least one staff member may remain at the villa 24 hours per day and will stay within the staff area when not working.

PuntaCana Resort & Club offers beaches, golf, spa, racquet sports, watersports, horseback riding, polo, ecological reserve spring-water lagoons, a petting zoo, and a kids club by The Westin Puntacana Resort. Optional arrangements may include golf carts, bicycles, supermarket purchases, babysitting, in-villa massages, tee times, excursions, tennis, padel, pickleball, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and horseback riding.

Rates and Booking Notes

Nightly rates start from approximately US$1,750 and may rise to approximately US$5,500 by season, holidays, and stay requirements.
Low, high, and summer seasons generally require a 3-night minimum stay.
Easter and Thanksgiving generally require a 4-night minimum stay.
Christmas generally requires a 7-night minimum stay.
New Year's generally requires a 12-night minimum stay; if Christmas overlaps New Year's week, a 14-night minimum may apply.
Please add 18% government tax to all rates.
Gratuities are expected: 8% minimum and 10% recommended, based on the rental amount after taxes and fees.
Security deposit: US$2,000, pre-collected.
No smoking, no pets, no hookah use, and quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
The reservation holder must be 25 years or older.
