Staffed Service

Included service covers butler service, daily maid service, chef service for three meals per day plus snacks, concierge service, welcome drinks and snacks, luxury bathroom amenities, private check-in, and possible courtesy airport transfer coordination. At least one staff member stays at the villa 24 hours a day and remains in the staff area when not working or during sleeping hours.

Services Available at Additional Cost

Laundry service, bicycles, supermarket purchases, babysitting, in-villa massages, tee times, excursions, activities, and 4-passenger or 6-passenger golf carts may be arranged at additional cost. During Christmas, New Year, and Thanksgiving periods, golf cart rentals may require full prepayment and can become non-refundable after the supplier cancellation window.

Rates and Booking Notes

Nightly rates start from approximately US$2,150 and may rise to approximately US$5,360 by season, holidays, and stay requirements.
Low, high, and summer seasons generally require a 3-night minimum stay.
Easter and Thanksgiving generally require a 4-night minimum stay.
Christmas generally requires a 7-night minimum stay.
New Year's generally requires a 12-night minimum stay; if Christmas overlaps New Year's week, a 14-night minimum may apply.
Please add 18% government tax to all rates.
Gratuities are expected: 8% minimum and 10% recommended, calculated on the rental amount after taxes and fees.
Security deposit: US$2,000.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
No smoking, no pets, no hookah use, and quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
The reservation holder must be 25 years or older.
