Rates and Booking Notes

Nightly rates start from approximately US$4,980 and may rise to approximately US$9,000 by season, holidays, and stay requirements.
Low and summer seasons generally require a 2-night minimum stay.
High season generally requires a 3-night minimum stay.
Easter and Thanksgiving generally require a 4-night minimum stay.
Christmas and New Year's generally require a 12-night minimum stay; if Christmas overlaps New Year's week, a 14-night minimum may apply.
Please add 18% government tax to all rates.
Gratuities are expected: 8% minimum and 10% recommended, calculated on the rental amount after taxes and fees.
Security deposit: US$2,000.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
No smoking, no pets, no hookah use, and quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
