How many people can join a shared tour?
Our shared group tours typically accommodate up to 12 guests, ensuring a comfortable, uncrowded experience for everyone on board. For exclusive use of the entire vessel, private charters are available for your group only.
Is snorkeling experience required?
Not at all! Our crew gives a full snorkeling briefing before you enter the water, and flotation vests are available for non-swimmers. The reef is accessible at surface snorkeling depth — no diving experience needed.
What should I bring on the catamaran?
Just yourself, reef-safe sunscreen, a swimsuit and a camera. We provide towels, snorkeling gear, drinks and snacks. Avoid bringing valuables as we're going in the water.
Does the tour go ahead in bad weather?
Guest safety is our top priority. We monitor conditions closely and will reschedule or offer a full refund if weather is unsafe. You'll be notified as early as possible.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes — complimentary pickup and drop-off for guests in Sosúa, Cabarete, and Puerto Plata. Locations further afield may incur a small additional charge — ask us when booking.
