Easter week with 22 people is no small operation but Alex had everything pre-arranged before we even landed. Grocery delivery already done, rooms allocated as we'd requested, and a detailed local guide printed and waiting on the dining table. He checked in each morning for maybe two minutes — just enough to make sure nothing was needed — and then left us to it. That's the right balance. Spectacular villa, even better host.
